变压器雷电冲击试验的空间磁场计算分析

变压器智能组件在雷电冲击试验考核时其电源模块、通讯模块等频繁发生故障,迫切需要掌握雷电冲击试验过程的空间磁场特性,以有效指导电磁干扰防护.本文通过试验测量获得雷电冲击试验回路的电流波形,然后基于电磁场的三维有限差分算法FDTD进行空间磁场计算,最后由电磁兼容抗扰度试验标准评估雷电冲击试验时智能组件受干扰程度.测量得到典型500kV单相自耦变压器的全波和截波冲击电流幅值分别为-2119A、6780A,起始波前时间为0.7us,截断处波前为0.35us.计算得到100%全波试验时,在距变压器1-6m典型智能组件位置处的磁场幅值均小于100A/m;而100%截波试验时可达160A/m.从磁场变化率来看,5级脉冲磁场和5级阻尼振荡磁场抗扰度试验考核雷电全波试验是严格的,但考核雷电截波试验则不够严格,解释了通过了电磁兼容考核的智能组件在雷电截波冲击下会频繁发生故障的原因.
