　　Objective:To evaluate the effects of combination of aprotinin and PAMBA on fibrinolytic system and platelets during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group (received aprotinin 2 × 106KIU in pump prime only) and study group,received PAMBA (40mg/kg) before CPB and aprotinin in pump prime.Results:The level of FDP,D-dimer,and the drainage,as well as the amounts of blood products used postoperative in study group are significantly lower than those of control group,Level of Fbg is significantly higher in study group compared with the control group.Conclusion:Combination of aprotinin and PAMBA reduced blood loss more effectively.
