　　Antibody drug conjugate (ADC) is a new class of targeted therapeutics that shows promise in regressing cancers that are resistant to current treatments.In the most simplistic term, an ADC is analogous to a guided missile that consists of a homing mechanism via a tumor-targeting antibody and a destructive mechanism via linkage to a potent cytotoxic drug.
