With the development of society,more and more families have their own private vehicles.Thus,the total number of vehicles is greatly increased in recent years,which has bad effects on the process of families convenient life due to traffic jams,traffic accidents,etc.Especially,the traffic accidents that occurred around the intersections and traffic lanes between drivers and pedestrians,have already become serious society issues recently.Some causing-trouble vehicles choose to escape from the site of traffic accident once traffic accident occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to take useful measures to reduce these phenomenons.Until now,there is no integrated system which integrates the communication between Vehicle-to-Vehicle(V2V)and Vehicle-to-Pedestrian(V2P)and interception of hit-and-run vehicles.Whats more,it focus on the interception of the hit-and-run vehicles by the image processing techniques when traffic accidents happening rather than reducing the rate of traffic accident between V2V and V2P from the source.Hence,this paper gives a feasible scheme based on the multi-hop communication and Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology for how to decrease the traffic accidents between V2V and V2P on the arbitrary road point including signalized intersection and middle of road.Through this feasible scheme,it achieves the aim to decrease the rate of traffic accident.In addition,it is able to reduce the rate of hit-and run while traffic accidents happening by the proposed interception system.
