Cervical cancer is the seventh in developed and the second in developing countries most common malignancy.Fertility preservation is an important issue for women in reproductive age with a cervical cancer.In patients with stage ⅠA1, conization is a valid therapeutic option; vaginal, abdominal or laparoscopic radical trachelectomy with pelvic lymphadenectomy is considered to be the optimal treatment in patients with stage ⅠA2 and ⅠB 1, with a tumor less than or equal to 2 cm in largest dimension and confined to cervix without parametrial invasion or spread to uterine corpus.
