A novel slioxane-imide containing benzoxazine BZ-Al (N,N-bis (N-phenyl3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo [1,3] oxazine)-5,5 -bis (1,1 ,3,3 -tetramethyl disiloxane-1,3-diyl) -bis-norborane-2,3-dicarboximide) was synthesized from the synthesized siloxanecontaining dihydroxyl (Al-OH), N-bis-(4-hydroxylphenyl)-5,5-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,1,3,3-disiloxanediallyl)-bisnorborane-2,3-dicarboximide, and aniline.
