目的 随着针对新机制和新靶点的抗肿瘤药物的研发和应用,儿童白血病的治疗不断进步.然而,抗肿瘤药物出现耐药甚至多药耐药,阻碍了当今儿童白血病的治疗进展.白血病的发生发展过程中,骨髓间充质干细胞通过直接黏附和分泌细胞因子等机制对白血病细胞增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡有重要作用.
