As terahertz (THz) waves have the property of passing easily through many specific materials,the applications of terahertz imaging have wide prospects in airport security checking,biological testing,nondestructive determination,and so on.Generally,THz pulse imaging system,which is more common used,is based on THz-Time Domain Spectroscopy (TDS) system.As the mechanical reason,the time cost in a single pixel taken could not be ignored; especially in the imaging process,it may have thousands of pixels or even more in every image.This will take a quite long time for the whole imaging process,which is a barrier to practical application of THz imaging.
