Initial attachment and spreading of the inoculated ceils determines the long-time viability of colls onto biomedical scaffolds designed for various orthopedic or other clinical applications.The aim of this study was to investigate the influenco of biomimetic thin film coating surfacos of bio-derived bone scaffolds with collagen proteins,chitosan,and gelatin on bone marrow mesenchymal stem colls interactions in order to improve coll adhesion,spreading and proliferation.
