组合式箍筋是预制装配整体式混凝土结构施工关键技术之一。为验证组合式箍筋的上部箍肢是否可有效约束双筋梁上部受压钢筋,制作13根梁进行对比试验研究。试验中受压钢筋达到或接近屈服。结果表明,与常规封闭箍筋相比,采用组合式封闭箍筋的双筋梁受弯和受剪性能与普通封闭式箍筋梁接近。梁受弯破坏时受压纵筋被组合式箍筋有效约束,受压钢筋没有发生失稳现象。
Modular stirrups are one of the key technologies in the prefabrication of monolithic concrete structures. In order to verify whether the upper hoop of the composite stirrups can effectively restrain the upper reinforced bar of the double-girder, 13 beams were made for comparative study. During the test, the compressive reinforcement reaches or approaches yielding. The results show that compared with the conventional enclosed stirrups, the double beams with the combined closed stirrups have the same bending and shear properties as those of the conventional closed stirrup beams. When the beams are damaged by bending, the longitudinal reinforcement under pressure is effectively restrained by the combined stirrups, and the buckling of the reinforced bar does not occur.
