In this study, we propose a boundary approaching sequential sampling method for a design problem with multiple constraints.In general engineering design problems, the optimum point is generally located on the boundary of active constraints since there is a trade-off between the objective and constraint functions.Therefore, accurate approximation of constraint boundaries becomes very important when meta-models are used.To efficiently achieve this,how to locate sequential sampling points is important in the context of sequential approximate optimization.
