Trichoderma-based formulations are applied as commercial biocontrol agents for soilborne plant pathogens.Chlamydospores are active propagules in Trichoderma spp.and act as effective carriers for the preparation of these biocontrol agent formulations.The production of chlamydospores is currently limited due to a lack of optimal liquid fermentation technology.In this study, we explored response surfacemethodologies for optimizing fermentation technology in Trichoderma SH2303.
