：
目的：探讨MEWS与APACHEⅢ评分在急诊潜在危重病患者后续处置中的指导价值.方法：回顾性对我院2014年1月-2015年1月1年间急诊科收治的301例患者进行信息采集.所有患者均在入院后24小时内进行MEWS及APACEHⅢ评分检查,并根据疾病类型及合并并发症进行相关针对性检查及治疗.采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)对结果进行评估.诊断效能的评估包括：曲线下面积、特异性、敏感度、阳性似然比

结果：MEWS用于预测是否转入ICU的诊断效能与APACEHⅢ无明显差异.MEWS用于预测是否死亡的诊断效能与APACEHⅢ无明显差异.
结论：在证实两者并无明显差异的前提下,应在临床广泛开展更为便捷,性价比更高的MEWS积分系统用于疾病严重程度的评估及后续分诊导向的指导.
