Transparent conductive substrate is an essential component of organic photovoltaic (OPV) and organic light emitting diode (OLED) devices.Indium tin oxide (ITO) has so far been the only choice of material for making the transparent conductive substrates,whether on glass or on flexible plastic films,despite its high cost and high brittleness.
