　　目的：揭示γδT细胞在ConA引起的HBsAg-Tg小鼠急性肝损伤中天然免疫应答的作用及其机制；进一步阐明γδT细胞不同亚群在肝脏损伤中的作用及其分子机制,为将γδT细胞用于肝炎和肝损伤的治疗奠定理论基础。方法：取8-10周龄C57/BL6,HBsAg-Tg(+),HBsAg-Tg(+)TCRd(-/-)三组小鼠静脉注射低剂量ConA,检测各时间点血清ALT水平变化。
