Background There are about 5#population affected by the Obstructive sleep apnea(OSAS).The Children with OSAS could bring a spectrum of atypical clinical symptoms and signs.Many factor involved in the disease,include obesity,craniofacial abnormalities,neuromuscular disorders,family history and so on.Polysomnography(PSG)is the gold standard method for the diagnosis.But for the Children,it is seem feasible,particularly for those with complex condition(i.e.Down syndrome).
