Changing weather condition,region height and meteorological parameters of atmosphere determines the feasibility of proposed research,technical and commercial applications of THz electromagnetic wave transmission.According to International Telecommunication Union Radio communication Sector(ITU-R)recommendation P.676-9,the paper programmed,simulated and calculated THz band atmospheric gases attenuation under different water-vapour density(0,5,7.5,15g/m3),temperature(-20,15.40℃),barometric pressure(80,101.3,110kPa),respectively.Then,based on the solid electronics THz band T/R modules,series 330GHz wave propagation attenuation experiment are carried out under certain atmosphere environment.Series experimental results of IF power show good agreement with the calculation results,the power discrepancy less than 1.5dB.
