不同年龄阶段伴有呼吸功能障碍的严重僵硬脊柱畸形患者PVCR术后5年肺功能研究

目的：严重僵硬脊柱畸形患者多伴有呼吸功能障碍。脊柱矫形术改善畸形后，此类患者的肺功能也能得到改善。但不同年龄阶段的此类患者，其肺功能恢复潜能及变化趋势少有报道。研究通过对3组不同年龄阶段的伴有呼吸功能障碍的严重僵硬脊柱畸形患者的肺功能进行回顾性对比研究。分析PVCR术后不同年龄阶段、不同时间段，肺功能变化趋势及同异。研究发现：不同年龄阶段患者术后肺功能5年随访都有不同程度恢复。
