To increase intracellular drug release and thus improve its anticancer efficacy, a novel 2-(2-(2-carboxylcyc lo hexylformamido)-3,12-dio xy-1-(1 H-imidazolyt-4-)-7,8-dithio-4, 11-diazapentadecylamide-glutaric acid ditetradecanol-diester (HH-SS-E2C 14) based liposome delivery system was designed.Doxorubicin-loaded liposomes(HH-SS-E2C14-L) , were fabricated by a film dispersion method and followed by an ammonium sulfate gradient[1].The size of the liposomes was 135.13 ± 7.5 um in distilled water.
