  目的:研究长链非编码RNA SNHG5 在食管癌组织和细胞中的表达水平,并探讨其对食管癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力的影响。方法:RNA-pulldown 实验及Western blotting 实验检测食管癌细胞中SNHG5 能否与MTA2 蛋白结合;应用qPCR 法检测食管癌组织、癌旁组织和食管癌细胞中SNHG5 和MTA2 的表达,并分析SNHG5 与食管癌患者临床病理特征的相关性、SNHG5 与MTA2 二者表达水平的相关性;MTS 法、Transwell 迁移和Matrigel 侵袭实验检测过表达SNHG5 对食管癌细胞增殖活性、迁移能力和侵袭能力的影响。
