Surface Nanocrystallization technology is one of the key technologies of Nano surface engineering which integrates nano-technology and traditional surface engineering.The excellent mechanical and tribological properties of nano-structure layer make them possess great potential to enhance the surface performance of component.Designing and manufacturing of ultrasonic ejecting gun with excellent features is the premise to produce nano-structure layer on high hardness surface of general component.
