Study and fabrication of broad band-pass filter in infrared therapy device

  Band-pass filter as a core component of the infrared therapy device,plays a key role in treatment.By selectively filtering for the light of the infrared light emitted by the therapy device,wide-band band-pass filters are developed in this paper,reducing the portion of the band light carrier energy,improving the safety performance of the therapy device.In the article,based on the use requirements of the filters to infrared therapy device,select Ti3O5 and SiO2 as high and low refractive index materials respectively.adopting electron beam evaporation and ion beam assisted deposition,monitoring the film thickness with Quartz crystal Controls.By repeatedly optimizing the process parameters,the Band-pass filter is prepared successfully.The average transmittance is higher than 92%in 600~1200nm band and the transmittance is less than 2%in both 300~550nm and 1270~2000nm band for this band-pass filter.During the study,by "splitting technical requirements" design concept,the color film is coated on both sides,solved the problem that the single sided film is too thick to prepare,reduced the manufacturing difficulty,easy to mass production.Test results show that the filter meets the actual requirements.
