斑马鱼是近年来用于药学领域研究的热门模式生物,其优势在于化合物的高通量活性筛选及毒性评价。斑马鱼毒性评价模型集成在体动物与体外细胞模型的优势,具有高效、低成本的特点,在国外已成为化合物早期安全性快速甄别的有效模型,国内将斑马鱼模型用于中药毒性研究正日益兴起。综述了斑马鱼在药物毒性研究方面的进展,提出斑马鱼模型在中药毒性研究中的新策略。
Zebrafish are popular model organisms used in the field of pharmacy in recent years and have the advantage of high-throughput screening and toxicity assessment of the compounds. The zebrafish toxicity evaluation model integrates the advantages of the animal model and in vitro cell model with high efficiency and low cost. It has become an effective model for rapid screening of compounds in the early stage of safety in foreign countries. The zebrafish toxicity model is increasingly being used to study the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine Rise. The progress of zebrafish in drug toxicity research is summarized, and a new strategy of zebrafish model in the study of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine is proposed.
