角膜裂伤或穿通伤是常见的眼外伤，受致病因素的影响其病情干差万别，处理方式方法的不同与术后效果密切相关。尽管掌握角膜裂伤的处理方法是眼科医生的基本功，但在临床工作中发现仍存在一些需要思考及改进的问题。本文结合一例眼外伤患者角膜损害及其它病情的治疗过程就相关问题展开讨论。
