Aim: In recent years, marketed drugs withdrawn and termination of new drug study in pre-clinical/clinical stage due to mitochondrial-related side effects were uncommon.In this project, we established a fast and efficient evaluating model of mitochondrial damage in HepG2 cell.And it was applied to evaluate mitochondrial toxicity of nucleoside analogues.
