A high speed visible spectrometer was used to study the edge impurity behavior in J-TEXT tokamak.Experiments result show that the main impurities in the edge region of J-TEXT are C,O,Fe and N,with the ionization states of C Ⅱ,C Ⅲ,O Ⅱ,O V.Fe Ⅰ and N Ⅱ.The radiation power of C Ⅲ is strongest,which account for around 2% of the total plasma radiation.With the function of quick acquisition.spectrometer can be used to observe the change of impurities radiation in the beginning of disruption.The tluctuation of radiation shows a great difference in elemenLs with different ionization energy.which means that the radiation intensity is mainly affected by electron temperature in disruption.
