通过试验研究了不同玄武岩活性粉末掺量对普通硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件强度的影响。根据抗折强度和抗压强度确定了玄武岩活性粉末的最佳掺量。利用X射线衍射研究了水化产物的组成变化,分析了玄武岩活性粉末的增强机理。试验结果表明:玄武岩活性粉末的掺加对水泥的抗折强度和抗压强度有明显的改善,当玄武岩活性粉末掺量为10%时,其对水泥的增强效果最为显著。
The effects of different basalt active powder content on the strength of ordinary Portland cement mortar were studied through experiments. According to the flexural strength and compressive strength, the optimal dosage of the basalt active powder was determined. The composition changes of hydration products were studied by X-ray diffraction, and the enhancement mechanism of the active powders of basalt was analyzed. The experimental results show that the addition of basalt reactive powder has a significant improvement on the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement. When the content of basalt active powder is 10%, its reinforcement effect is the most significant.
