为了抑制高压放电设备产生的瞬态脉冲传导干扰对控制器的影响,本文通过测量电源地线上的瞬态脉冲传导干扰并分析其特点,分析了瞬态脉冲传导干扰是通过分压电路和电源地线路径对控制器形成干扰;应用仿真方法,定量计算了在采取抑制措施前后分压线和电源地线上的瞬态干扰电压;最后根据分析结果对高压放电设备整改,测试结果满足系统正常工作,有效提高了系统的安全裕度。
In order to suppress the transient impulse conduction interference generated by high-voltage discharge equipment to the controller, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the transient impulse conducted on the power ground and analyzes the characteristics of the transient impulse conducted interference through the voltage divider circuit and the power supply The ground path interference to the controller; the application of simulation methods, quantitative measures before and after the suppression measures the voltage and ground voltage divider transient interference voltage; and finally based on the analysis of high voltage discharge equipment rectification, the test results meet the normal Work, effectively improve the system’s safety margin.
