Object:To study the relationship between brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity and parameter of nephric artery hemodynamics in aged hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 86 inpatients who successfully underwent ultrasonographic assessment of the renal artery were enrolled in the study.Patients with severe renal failure (serum creatinine ≥ 6mg/dl)and peripheral vascular disease (ABI＜0.9)were excluded from the study.
