近年来,随着中日两国经济、文化交流的深入及合作领域的不断拓展,企业对商务日语人才的需求也发生了相应的变化。既精通日语,又熟悉日本企业文化的“商务日语+”型的高端人才成为急需人才。但是目前我国高校商务日语课堂教学中,日本文化及日本企业文化的内容还未得到充分重视。如何与时俱进地更新教学理念,改变教学方法,培养适应时代发展的新型商务日语人才,成为高校商务日语教学亟待解决的问题。为解决这一问题,笔者在商务日语课堂中采用了文化体验课、模拟场景演练等方法进行了日本企业文化渗透的实践教学。实践表明在商务日语课堂中进行日本企业文化的渗透与融合,能有效地调动学生参与课堂的积极性,有利于学生应用能力的培养及教学质量的提高。
In recent years, with the deepening of economic and cultural exchanges between China and Japan and the continuous expansion in the field of cooperation, the demand for business Japanese language talents in enterprises has also undergone corresponding changes. The “Business Japanese +” high-end talents who are proficient in Japanese and are familiar with Japanese corporate culture have become much-needed talents. However, at present, the contents of Japanese culture and Japanese corporate culture have not been given enough attention in the classroom teaching of business Japanese in colleges and universities. How to keep pace with the times to update teaching ideas, change teaching methods and cultivate new business Japanese talents who adapt to the development of the times has become an urgent problem to be solved in business Japanese teaching in colleges and universities. In order to solve this problem, I used the practice lesson of Japanese company culture infiltration in the course of business Japanese class by adopting cultural experience lessons and simulated scene exercises. Practice shows that the penetration and integration of Japanese corporate culture in the Business Japanese Classroom can effectively mobilize students ’enthusiasm for participation in the classroom, which is conducive to the cultivation of students’ applied abilities and the improvement of teaching quality.
