确定挤压膨化技术对大豆染料木素提取的影响,以及超声波提取的最佳工艺条件和数学模型。在考察超声波功率等单因素对大豆染料木素得率影响的基础上,选取提取液H+浓度、超声波时间和乙醇体积分数进行三因素三水平响应曲面试验。结果表明:超声波辅助提取大豆染料木素的最佳条件为:提取液H+浓度1.19 mol/L,超声波时间51 min,乙醇体积分数80%,此条件下染料木素平均得率为0.191%,与对照相比提高了25.0%~87.3%。挤压膨化处理有利于大豆染料木素的提取,超声波技术提取大豆染料木素的效果优于传统方法。
The influence of extrusion technology on the lignin extraction of soybean was determined, and the optimum technological conditions and mathematical model of ultrasonic extraction were determined. On the basis of investigating the effect of single factor such as ultrasonic power on the yield of soybean genistein, three-factor and three-level response surface tests were carried out by selecting H + concentration, ultrasonic time and ethanol volume fraction. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the ultrasonic extraction of genistein were as follows: the concentration of H + in the extract was 1.19 mol / L, the ultrasonic time was 51 min, and the volume fraction of ethanol was 80%. The average yield of genistein was 0.191% Compared with the control increased 25.0% ~ 87.3%. Extrusion puffing treatment is conducive to the extraction of soybean genistein, ultrasonic extraction of soybean genistein is better than the traditional method.
