Diseases such as diarrhea caused by a series of enteropathogenic bacteria have been major health threats in developing countries.Among the emerging and known enteropathogenic bacteria,S.typhimurium and Ecoli O157:H7 are the main intestinal pathogenic bacteria.Due to their morphologies are both bacilliform,it is difficult to identify them through the traditional method morphological observation. In recent years, molecular methods based on polymerase chain reaction techniques and immunoassays have been extensively studied to rapidly detect and identify foodborne bacterial pathogens.
