目的 探讨腹腔镜肝切除术的可行性.方法采用腹腔镜多功能手术解剖器(L P MOD)刮吸断肝技术行完全腹腔镜下肝切除术270例,采用HABIB射频无血切肝技术35例.包括右半肝切除7例,左半肝切除65例,规则性肝叶或段切除103例(其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ段切除62例,Ⅴ段切除10例,Ⅵ段切除17例,Ⅴ、Ⅵ段切除13例,Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ段切除1例),局部切除130例.结果 全部顺利完成手术,中转开腹5例,无空气栓塞
