  The effects of Garnoderma lingzhi EtOH extract on LNCaP cells apoptosis and its related signal pathways have been investigated.MTT assay was performed to examine the antiproliferative effect of EtOH extract from Garnoderma lingzhi and other mushroom.Occurrence of early and late apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and DAPI staining in LNCaP cells treated with Garnoderma lingzhi EtOH extract.
