Objective By analyzing the clinical data of neonates born in early term and full and late term, the perinatal risk factors and clinical characteristics of complications of which were explored to provide support for the classification management of term infants.Methods Data of 7008 cases live newborns and their mother hospitalized in the third affiliated hospital of ZhengZhou University from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 were collected and divided into two groups according to gestational age: early preterm infants (gestation age: 37+0weeks through 38+6weeks) with 2033 cases, full and late term infants (gestation age:39+0weeks through 41+6weeks) with 3435 cases.Perinatal risk factors and clinical characteristics of related complication between early term infants,and full and late term infants were explored.Logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the risk factors of early term delivery, Wilcoxon rank sum test was adopted to analysis the quantitative variable;Chi-square test or continuity Corrected chi-square test were used for statistic analysis of qualitative variable.
