WEB BASED MOTION SIMULATION AND CONTROL OF ARC WELDING

  In this paper,workspace scene model of arc welding robot is firstly established by MATLAB.Robots remote motion simulation is realized via Internet.Based on the results of simulation,Internet based remote control of arc welding robot is realized with CORBA-CGI paradigm.Meanwhile,the robot motion video can be fed back to the operator on the Web.The operator can supervise the motion of robot simultaneously at a long distance.The results of experiment indicate that the scheme is feasible and provides a basis for Internet based supervisory control of arc welding robot.
