  Objective:To discuss the protective effects of Fuwai modifed solution (FWM) combined with nicoranil (NCR) on the endothelium-derived hyperpolarizing factor-mediated relaxation of saphena vessel graft (SVG).Methods:Fresh saphena rings were studied in organ chamber after incubating with Krebs-Henseleit bicarbonate solutions (K-H),FWM,K-H with 0.1mmol/L NCR,FWM with 0.1mmol/L NCR at 37℃ for 1 hour.Precontraction induced by prostaglandin F2 (U46619 30nmol/L)and endothelium-dependent relaxation induced by calcium ionophore (A23187 1010 ~ 106mol/L) were measured in the presence of indomethacin (7μmol/L) and LNNA (300μmol/L).Results:No significant changes were found in the 4 groups under the light microscope.
