  it will have an influence on vehicle driving safety when it is off tracking at a constant speed in a straight line.In this paper,dynamic equation is carried out and the mechanism is analyzed when it is off tracking at a low speed.Using the method of Optimal Latin Hypercube(OLH),drift sensitivity is analyzed and ordered in Isight among the quality of components,the hard points and the alignment parameters of front suspension.Then the vehicle drifted approximation model is built by the 4th order Response Surface Model(RSM)and the drift probability of the vehicle at a low speed is assessed relatively higher.Using the method of six-sigma,the drift reliability and robustness of vehicle at a low speed is optimized based on NSGA-Ⅱ,as a result,it shows the vehicle drift probability decreased 45.56#,the sigma level improved 179.93#.
