本文用极图和矩阵相结合的方法验证了在Cr25Ni20钢里针状σ相与奥氏体基 体具有:{001}σII{111}r,<110>σII<112>r晶体学位向关系.在σ相中发现 了可运动位错的存在。定性分析了不同使用条件下σ用对钢机械性能的影响.
In this paper, the combination of polar diagram and matrix is used to verify the relationship between the acicular σ phase and the austenite matrix in Cr25Ni20 steel: {001} σII {111} r, <110> σII <112> r. The presence of a movable dislocation was found in the σ phase. The effect of σ on the mechanical properties of steel under different conditions is qualitatively analyzed.
