转录因子的磷酸化修饰对大豆耐盐响应机制的研究

转录因子的激活通常依赖蛋白质的翻译后修饰来实现，在众多的蛋白质翻译后修饰当中，磷酸化/去除磷酸化是变化最迅速、对环境变化最敏感的类型之一。为应对高盐胁迫，大豆根部通过磷酸化修饰激活GmMYB173转录因子，提升B环含双羟基的类黄酮花青素3-阿拉伯糖苷的积累；通过磷酸化修是抑制GmMYB183转录因子活性，降低B环含单个羟基的芒柄花苷的含量，从而缓解其遭受到的盐胁迫危害。
