目的 通过检测极光激酶A在胃癌和癌旁正常组织中的表达,分析其与患者临床病理特点的关系,进而推论极光激酶A在胃癌发生发展过程中可能扮演的角色.方法 收集52例诊断明确的胃癌患者胃癌组织及癌旁正常胃粘膜组织手术标本,应用RT-PCR和免疫组化法检测极光激酶A在胃癌组织以及癌旁正常组织中的表达情况,同时结合病人临床病理特点进行统计分析.
目的 Tip-5基因在人类结直肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达,从而探讨其在结直肠癌发病中的作用.方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR技术测定66例配对的结直肠癌组织及癌旁组织中Tip-5 mRNA的表达,通过2(-△△CT)来分析两组相对定量的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系.统计学方法运用四格表法和配对样本t检验来检验显著性(SPSSI3.0)进行统计学分析,P＜0.05有统计学意义.
