目的:比较泛油对千金子种仁中脂肪油及千金子甾醇的含量的影响。方法:索式提取法提取脂肪油并测定含量;高效液相色谱法测定千金子甾醇含量,Agilent Rx-SIL液相色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相正己烷-乙酸乙酯-乙腈(87.5∶10∶2.5),柱温30℃,检测波长275 nm,体积流量1.0 mL·min-1。结果:未泛油千金子种仁脂肪油平均含量为62.48%,千金子甾醇平均含量为1.20%;泛油千金子种仁脂肪油平均含量为53.66%,千金子甾醇平均含量为1.10%。结论:千金子种仁泛油后其脂肪油及千金子甾醇含量均降低。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of oil on fatty oil and cadmium sterol content in Qianjin seed kernels. Methods: The fatty oil was extracted by soxhlet method and its content was determined. The content of sterol was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with Agilent Rx-SIL liquid chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) - acetonitrile (87.5: 10: 2.5). The column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 275 nm and the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The average content of fatty oil in seed oil without seed oil was 62.48% and the average content of cadmium sterol was 1.20%. The average content of fatty oil in seed oil was 53.66% and the average content of cadmium sterol was 1.10%. CONCLUSION: The content of fatty oil and cadmium sterol in seed oil of Panax notoginseng was decreased after they were oiled.
