Purpose: To observe the efficacy of auto-trilevel positive airway pressure(Auto-trilevel PAP)ventilation for patients with both obesity hypoventilation syndrome(OHS)and moderate to severe obstructive sleep apnea syndromes(OSAS)by comparison of fixed bilevel positive airway pressure(BiPAP)ventilation.Methods: Twenty-three patients with both OHS and moderate to severe OSAS were recruited.
