The number of bridges has increased and the level of information required by bridge owners has became high,however,the number of personnel who is in charge of managing bridge stocks and the budget to keep bridges above a critical condition level have not been strengthened much.As the demand on a bridge management has increases as an efficient tool to help bridge owners in terms of the asset management of infra-structures,more elaborate decision making processes has been reqluested and developed.
