  Remorin蛋白是一类新发现的与质膜/脂筏相联的植物专一性蛋白家族,可以响应植物防御及生长发育基因的激活而被磷酸化,可能参与了植物的多种信号转导途径,诸如盐胁迫、干旱胁迫和抗病信号途径等.Os REM1为进行盐胁迫水稻根尖质膜蛋白质组学研究中新发现的一个remorin蛋白,其表达受盐胁迫诱导.为进一步探明Os REM1对干旱、高盐等非生物逆境的应答机制,并为制备具有较强抗逆能力的转基因水稻奠定基础.
