十种沙棘叶的黄酮含量比较

  目的:用反相高效液相色谱法对10种沙棘的叶中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的含量进行比较测量。
  方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(4.6ram×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(50:50),流速1.0ml/min;检测波长370nm;柱温30℃.进样量10μl。
  结果:槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素分别在1.67~106.6μg/ml,0.51~32.64μg/ml,0.78~49.92μg/ml范围内线性良好,r分别为0.9999,0.9996和0.9999。
  结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性良好,10种沙棘叶中总黄酮含量范围为1.26-7.56 mg/g。
