采用航测遥感技术降低铁路新线建设工程造价

根据我国的具体情况,铁路在交通运输中占主要地位,起骨干作用,承担了全国货运量的70%,客运量的60%,但960万平方公里的土地上仅有的五万余公里铁路已远远满足不了经济发展和生产水平日益提高的要求。运量与运能的矛盾已成了影响国民经济发展的制约因素。铁路建设工程艰巨,又需要大量钢材和其他物资,一公里铁路的造价高达数百万元,特别是我国不少地区地质地形复杂,造价更是惊人。因此铁路新线建设如何降低工程造价,是一项艰巨而光荣的任务。 According to China’s specific conditions, the railway plays a major role in transportation and plays a backbone role, undertaking 70% of the country’s cargo volume and 60% of the passenger volume.
