Predicting the subcellular localization of membrane proteins (MPs) is an important and challenging task for experimental researchers to elucidate diverse physiological processes.The reported subcellular localization prediction methods in the literatures could only predict the subcellular location of membrane proteins which has only one subcellular location and could be used to predict only three subcellular locations.
