Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is essential for development and tumorigenesis.It plays a critical role in directing cell fates during embryogenesis of animal and human being.In this study, we will investigate the role and try to discover the mechanism of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in development of mouse embryo lung.The proteins β-catenin, APC and cyclinD1 are major components of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.We have investigated the expression of β-catenin, APC and cyclinD1 in the lung of mouse embryo by immunohistochemistry techniques during mid-period(E9-E 14) and end-period(E15-E20) of development.
