本文对药型罩常用紫铜材料的某些特性进行了试验与研究,为提高聚能破甲射流的侵彻能力提供了可靠依据。研究表明,药型罩紫铜材料的晶粒尺寸、组织状态及机械性能对破甲深度都有着重大的影响。本文给出了药型罩紫铜板材的晶粒度、不同硬度原始状态对破深影响的定量关系,分析了加工后药型罩获得细晶粒尺寸的处理方法,这些对于改善射流在断裂前的最大拉伸应变,增加破甲效果犹为重要。
In this paper, some characteristics of the commonly used copper material of the medical mask have been tested and studied, which provides a reliable basis for improving the penetration ability of the polymer. The research shows that the grain size, the organization state and the mechanical properties of the drug-coated red copper material have a significant impact on the depth of penetration. In this paper, the quantitative relationship between grain size and the original hardness of different shapes of the copper plate is given, and the treatment method of obtaining the fine grain size after the processing is analyzed.
